Programs For Your Business or Organization

When people feel empowered, they are motivated, creative and very productive.
To create a culture of empowerment, people need to feel appreciated and have a sense of purpose. They also need to work well as a team. Our programs help you accomplish this.
Here are some of the factors that can either create or sabotage a culture of empowerment:
When People Are Upset
When people are upset, they get tunnel vision and lose their ability to see clearly. They fight, resist, hang on, blame and withdraw. Instead of focusing on solutions, they focus on resisting. This in turn creates disharmony and quickly makes their situation worse.
Although upsets seem to be caused by what happens, they’re not. Upsets are caused by fighting and resisting what happens. The moment you take away the fighting and resisting, the upset disappears.
When you are upset, you are fighting the truth. Your situation is the way that it is whether you like it or not. Your feelings about it are totally irrelevant.
When you are at peace with the truth of the way your situation is, fear and upset lose power. You have peace of mind. You see your situation clearly and can see what needs to be done. You are creative, resourceful and very effective.
In our programs, participants gain an awareness that changes the way they relate to life. They shift their focus from resisting to finding solutions.
Program participants learn how to:
Take the power out of fear and upset.
Think clearly in difficult situations.
Recover quickly from setbacks.
Stay positive in difficult times.
When There Is Conflict
Nothing destroys a culture of empowerment faster than conflict. When people or departments fight with each other, cooperation and productivity drop sharply. This negativity then tends to spread.
Whenever there is conflict, there is an underlying cycle of fighting, resisting and withdrawing from each other. This cycle of conflict then goes on and on without either party ever noticing his or her role in the problem.
Fortunately, it is relatively easy to end a cycle of conflict and even easier to make sure one doesn’t get created. This is because a cycle of conflict requires the participation of two people. It’s like a tennis volley. Two people (or departments) are required to keep it going. Only one is needed to end it. Once someone refuses to return the serve, the volley is over.
In our programs, participants discover the nature of conflict. They learn how to end it and how to avoid it.
Program participants learn how to:
End conflict and restore cooperation
Reduce resistance and opposition
Resolve disputes effortlessly
Prevent future conflict from arising
When People lose their power
At any moment, you are totally at the effect of the world around you. No matter what happens, you will respond accordingly. At the same time, the world around you is totally at the effect of you. No matter what you do or don't do, the world around you will respond to you. This makes you "the cause."
You are both “the cause” and “the effect.” You are both at the same time, but you only experience yourself as being one or the other. It's how you experience yourself that determines your effectiveness.
When you experience yourself as “being at the effect”, you have no power. You are a victim of your circumstances. You feel stuck. Confidence, energy, creativity and productivity quickly disappear.
When you experience yourself as being "at cause", you have power. You are on top of your situation. You see clearly and can chart your course. You discover solutions and become very effective. To the extent that you live your life at cause, your life will be great.
In our programs, participants discover the difference between cause and effect. They see how they give their power away and learn how to get it back. The result is a much more productive individual.
Participants become more able to:
Shift from effect to cause
Accept responsibility for what happens
Be responsible for producing results
Let go of blaming
When You Have Teamwork
When teamwork is present, people feel empowered. They have a sense of belonging and feel that they make a difference. They become highly motivated and very interested in the success of the team.
Our programs create teamwork. Participants gain an awareness and a closeness that permanently changes the way they relate to each other. They feel more connected, more empowered and more supported. The result is greater cooperation, more teamwork and more productivity.
Participants become more able to:
Empower themselves and others
Communicate effectively
Feel connected and part of a team
Support each other
Proven Results
Surveys from one of our programs show dramatic increases in cooperation, productivity and effectiveness. Resentment gets reduced by 68% and taking responsibility for difficult situations increases by 77%.
